Description: Jorhat, Jan. 30 A 22-year-old Assam Police constable set out to
achieve a unique feat — enter the Gùinnes$ ßook of World Records
as the first man in the world to run at least 150km in 24 hours and
that too, barefoot, here today. B.K. Chandrasekhar Tiwari, the
Indian observer for the Guìnness ßook of World Records blew the
whistle at 3.56 this afternoon at the approach to the Tarajan bypass
on the western outskirts here, signalling the beginning of the
